Originally from Canada, Julie has spent the past 15 years around the world, teaching and practicing Yoga. If you ask her which journey has been her favorite, she will undoubtedly answer, “The journey within.” Julie believes that Yoga is a powerful tool for self-awareness, understanding and compassion. She has witnessed the practice be a catalyst for positive transformation in her own life, and in the lives of countless others. People describe Julie’s classes as slow yet challenging, intense yet gentle, structured yet creative, supportive yet free, deep yet fun! Her classes draw from traditional yogic disciplines while also reflecting her own instinctive flows. Julie’s classes are methodical, breath centered, and often sprinkled with a dash of philosophy. They are designed to develop internal awareness so that when we step off our mats, we may live in our external worlds, in a conscious, centered and peaceful way.
