Where can I find my voucher code?
You will find your personal voucher code on the left side of your voucher inside the green box. For example, your coupon code might look like this: ZENXJ6ZBT1AXZ2Z12MON.
How long is my voucher valid?
Your voucher is valid for at least 3 years from the date of purchase. The exact validity date can be found on the top left of your voucher under “Valid until”.
For which sessions can my voucher be used?
Program voucher:
For maximum flexibility, your program voucher is a voucher with which you can book a certain number of online live sessions or videos. The proposed sessions are selected thematically and in terms of content in such a way that they help you in the best possible way to achieve your goal. If you want to try out other sessions, you can also apply the voucher to our entire session catalogue.
When booking shorter or longer sessions, the number of videos and online live sessions included in the program changes according to the reduced or increased session price. Of course, you can also combine videos and online live sessions so that the program can be integrated into your everyday life in the best possible way.
Mindful Month Voucher:
With your voucher you get access to a corresponding number of Mindful Month Passes, with which you can participate in all online live sessions within one month. To redeem the voucher, add the Mindful Month Pass to the shopping cart and enter your voucher code there. The amount is thus reduced to 0 EUR. After completing the redemption, you can then choose the session of your choice and log in with the 1-click booking. It is important that you have created a customer account and are logged in.
Mindful Month Video Voucher:
With your voucher you get access to a corresponding number of Mindful Month Passes, with which you can participate in all On Demand videos within a month. To redeem the voucher, add the Mindful Month Video Pass to the shopping cart and enter your voucher code. The amount is thus reduced to 0 EUR. After completing the redemption, you can then choose the videos of your choice and log in with the 1-click booking. It is important that you have created a customer account and are logged in.
