Hi, I’m Melanie – Yoga teacher, psychologist and outdoor enthusiast. Since I ended up in a yoga course for teenagers by a lucky coincidence at the age of 14, my yoga practice has always accompanied me and led me to India in 2018, where I completed my yoga teacher training.
For me, yoga is a very personal space to deal with oneself on a physical and psychological level. It is looking inwards and being present with what we bring to the mat. My yoga classes should be a place where everything can be. It is important to me that you feel safe and comfortable and can fully engage in your practice. Together we will combine breath and movement, respond to physical individuality and focus on conscious postures and movements.
I prefer to be out and about in nature, especially in the mountains and by the sea, mostly hiking, surfing, running or climbing. Fresh air, water, wind, exercise and sunshine make me happy. As a psychologist, I am also passionate about mental health and how work can be made meaningful and how organizations can be made human-centered.
I’m looking forward to spending time together on the mat with you.
