The way how you start your day, pours into your day and everything you will do! Since two years this phrase, has become my mission, since I began to re evaluate all my daily habits, which for some time did not contribute to my personal improvement, but rather, they distanced me from myself, making me live my life, as an autopilot, a robot, which performed perfectly, the endless list of his commitments, without feelings, without listening to the real needs that my body was trying to communicate to me. My name is Giorgia Pucci, I am 45 years old. I am Italian and i live in Germany since 18 years. Fitness coach, certified by the FIA in 1996. Owner from 1997 to 2018 of the GEM fitness Club fitness center, in Italy, in my hometown. My whole life, from the age of 4 on stage. Dance and movement have been and are my whole life. After enjoying the stage, as a professional dancer, traveling the world over 16 years, today, with my husband, we are doing shows. We express our creativity, to tell brands and marketing messages. Our work, creative and full of responsibilities, is more than a job, but a real passion. We often bring it at home, unknowingly, confusing the vital balance. In 2015 I become a mother and reach another of my big dreams. The work in the agency and that of a mother commit me 100%, without forgetting the relationship as a couple, the management of the house and the whole management of a family, with its coordination. In short, everything done to perfection. Just one thing, it always remained at the end of the list and then not even on the list anymore. MYSELF! After a difficult year on a personal level, but with a lot of work satisfactions, I decide to give it a break. I start my own path, starting from scratch. Like when I packed my suitcase at 20 years old and left my country.
