
Tanja completed her yoga teacher’s training course in Hatha and Ashtanga in Rishikesh, India. She is a traveller and lived in different countries, cultivating a multicultural background. She sees yoga as a perfect tool for balancing the mind and body, connecting to one´s inner self, and living a balanced life. In her classes, she always tries to integrate pranayama or breathing exercises as well as mindfulness and meditation. She is also interested in mental and emotional causes for physical illnesses, yoga psychology, yoga therapy and other concepts about the connection between mind/emotions, body, and actions.
