
Nadina has been anchored in yoga since she was 17, connecting deeply to her body, breath, and the present moment. In her classes, she creates space for individuality, allowing students to be open, raw, and mindful. Her practice blends elements of dance, vinyasa, kundalini yoga, pilates, moving meditation, and breathwork. Nadina invites others to let go of expectations, creating more space within and around them for a calming, mindful experience.
